Job description & responsibilities
- Manage the payroll system;
- Open supplier accounts in the system and verify suppliers’ and subcontractors’ legal information;
- Ensure correspondence between supplier invoices and purchase orders;
- Ensure that all invoices are approved for payment by management;
- Record and code invoices in the accounting system in a multi-company environment;
Issue payments (bank transfer, cheques, etc.) in compliance with suppliers terms of payment; - Ensure that all invoices are integrated on a weekly basis;
- Reconcile credit card transactions with the monthly statement;
- Reconcile suppliers’ monthly statements;
- Follow-up on subcontractor releases and payments;
- Ensure accuracy of data entered;
- Respond to supplier inquiries;
- Handle telephone and e-mail inquiries and transfer calls and messages;
- Manage the receipt and distribution of postal and electronic mail, and other documents;
- Manage office supplies, order missing items (stationery, coffee, cream, soaps, water, etc.) and research new offers and suppliers;
- Data entry / filing / inventory;
- Photocopying and scanning of files;
- All other related tasks.
Requirements
- Secondary 5 diploma with experience or DEP in accounting;
- Very good command of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), particularly Excel;
- Excellent teamwork skills, rigor and organizational skills.

The main role of the estimator is to prepare project submissions.

Job description & responsibilities
- Reading plans and specifications
- Carry out quantity surveys according to the rules of the trade
- Evaluate costs of labor, materials and equipment
- Communicate with customers, architects, engineers and others involved in the project
- Prepare production rate
- Respect submission closing times and make sure to include all requested documents
- Once the contract has been awarded, transmit all required information to the project manager to ensure a clear understanding of the scope of work.
Requirements
- DEC or relevant training in estimating
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Knowledge of estimating software, on screen take off (OSTO) an asset
- Accurate, meticulous, organized, reliable and responsible;
- Bilingualism an asset
