Industrial work sites require very specific skills, such as the ability to work quickly and to handle equipment such as spray guns or extension poles.
The industrial sector brings its own set of challenges, such as having to work in large spaces with buildings with very high ceilings or in small areas with many nooks and crannies or obstacles to work around, such as pipes or electrical cables.
For these reasons, industrial painting projects are among the most demanding.

In the fall of 2021, Amazon is built its second warehouse in the Citigate Business Park in Barrhaven, a suburb of Ottawa.
This warehouse features the latest in intelligent, automated and robotic technology, enabling Amazon to reach a rate of 100,000 packages processed per day.

Broccolini Construction inc. mandated us to offer our interior painting services. We painted all the walls, the metal staircases as well as the numerous columns supporting the structure.
The particularity of this project was a very tight time management (fast track) for a surface to be painted of 2 500 000 sq. ft.
The skill and fluidity of communication between our project managers, foremen and our team of 30 painters ensured that we were able to meet this challenge and deliver our deliverable on time.
The use of spray guns and dryfall paint allowed us to effectively meet our client’s expectations, all in a safe environment. Indeed, conscious of the health of our employees, all the protection measures stipulated by the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) were put in place. Also, before using the scissor lifts, the inspection of the protective equipment against falls is done regularly by our accredited expert acciSST.
