Over 20 years of experience

Our paint superintendent has over 20 years of experience and our epoxy superintendent has specialized for the past 6 years in all aspects of surface and membrane preparation to facilitate the application of the multiple epoxy systems that exist.

The complexity of these projects lies in the management of materials which, as with the entire construction industry, is in short supply. For Senior Residences, we use products from our different business partners for different needs. For example, our painters use SICO/PPG for wall paint, both primer and topcoat, and Sherwin Williams for doors and frames, while our cement staff work with SIKA for epoxy in the garbage rooms and showers, with a quartz finish application.

As a painting and finishing contractor, we are the last to apply the finishing touches to construction projects, which puts a lot of pressure to deliver on time. These government and institutional projects are tightly managed and require extensive documentation for final accounting. Our administrative team works with discipline and dedication to facilitate relations with our clients and ensure that billing is done in accordance with the budget breakdown and the progress of the work.
